A grant awarded annually, at the Hearts of Hope Gala, to a Colorado non-profit organization exemplifying the four pillars: uniting communities, empowering families, transforming and enriching the lives of those living with disabilities. Small Colorado non-profit organizations serving individuals with disabilities, not currently a member of the KENNA Community Partnership Program, are welcome to apply.
