Meeting Attendance Guidelines:

To ensure a productive meeting, please join from a quiet room free of distractions for the entire duration of the meeting.

Additionally, we ask that all life partners, spouses, cohabitating couples, and deed owners attend the full 60 minutes together.

Terms and Conditions

Spouse, significant other, life partner, cohabitating couples, engaged, etc., must attend the entire presentation together to receive incentives. Must be a minimum 25 years old. Must present valid government ID, and a major credit card (debit not accepted). No children aged 8 years and under are allowed, and both parents must attend the entire presentation without interruption. Combined household income must be $70,000. Must be gainfully employed or fully retired. Must attend a 60-minute educational seminar. Cannot have attended a presentation within the last 18 months. If applicable, all deed holders must be present and must be current on all dues and fees. Cannot be in foreclosure or resale process. Cannot have an active bankruptcy. Failure to meet listed qualifications will make you ineligible to receive incentives, but all persons are invited to view the presentation. All attendees must have an appointment pre-scheduled, and rescheduling is not guaranteed. Space is limited and on a first-come basis.
