Heart of NC Transportation Pay as You Go/Invoice Me Terms and Conditions

By selecting the Pay as You Go/Invoice Me option for the Heart of NC Transportation Voucher Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before completing your registration and purchase.

1. Payment Terms

Payment Method: By choosing the Pay as You Go/Invoice Me option, you agree to receive an invoice at the end of each trip. The invoice will be sent to the email address or billing address provided during registration.Invoice Due Date: All invoices are due upon receipt. Payment must be completed as soon as the invoice is received. Failure to pay promptly may result in a suspension of future services. No Payment, No Service: Payment must be received in full before additional vouchers or services will be provided.

2. Voucher Use and Validity

Voucher Purpose: Each voucher is valid for a one-time use for the specific trip option selected during registration (e.g., Local/Single, Local/Round Trip, Regional/Single, or Regional/Round Trip).No Extra Stops: Vouchers are only valid for direct transportation between designated locations. Extra stops or changes to the trip are not permitted under this program.Pickup Location: All ride pickups must be within a 10-mile radius of our office at 15 S. Fayetteville Street, Asheboro, NC.Voucher Expiration: Vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Ride Cancellation: You must cancel your ride at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the voucher. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in the voucher being marked as used. No Refunds: Once purchased, all vouchers are non-refundable, regardless of whether the voucher is used or the ride is canceled.No-Show Policy: Our drivers will wait up to 5 minutes at the pickup location. If the client is not present within this timeframe, the ride will be marked as a no-show, and the voucher will be forfeited without refund.

4. Agreement and Liability

Binding Agreement: By selecting the Pay as You Go/Invoice Me option, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.Liability Limitation: Heart of NC Transportation will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the use of this voucher program, including but not limited to missed appointments or delays caused by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
