1. Package includes a 3 days and 2 nights' accommodation only at The Cove at Yarmouth (183 Main Street W. Yarmouth, MA 02673) for 2 people.

2. Customer agrees to attend a 90 minutes Travel Club presentation. The presentation will provide information about the benefits and offerings of the Travel Club. The customer understands that attendance at the presentation is a mandatory requirement and that the package is non-refundable. Should customer not attend presentation, cancel, or no-show for the travel club presentation may result in customer being charged the full retail price of the package accommodation and any monies spent will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

3. The package is available to individuals who meet the eligibility set by Mj Travel and Leisure. The customer must be at least 30 years old and possesses a valid government-issued identification. Also have a major credit card and makes at least $50,000+ per year. This promotion are for Married and Co-habitating couples. If one of the requirements are not met, then customer will forfeit payments made to MJ Travel and Leisure.

4. The customer must book their desired travel dates by contacting the company’s designated booking department (508-815-6257). The package is subject to availability, and specific travel dates may be limited. The customer acknowledges that certain blackout dates or restrictions may apply.

5. The customer agrees to pay the total amount of $199 for the package at the time of purchase. Payment can be made through the company’s designated payment methods, which may include credit cards, online payment platform, or other authorized forms of payments.

6. Mj Travel and Leisure shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused during the Customer’s trip. The customer agrees to release Mj Travel and Leisure, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from The Package or the Travel Club.
